Who am I?

I’m an introvert who loves to get down to gangsta rap.

My smile is the bi-product of 5 years of braces.

I chose my puppy Max simply because he licked me and fell asleep in my neck — and because he was the chubbiest of his litter.

My husband and I share a communal love for 50cent and can rap most all of his songs.

My sister and I grew up fighting almost all of the time and she’s now my BEST friend.

I learned at a young age how to save money and have a strong work ethic. My Papa always told me I knew how to make a buck. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d become my own boss and become an entrepreneur.

I’ve always been obsessed with camo and am so happy it’s “cool” again.

I really don’t know how to accessorize (at all) , I usually only wear my diamond earrings (studs) and wedding rings.

I love early mornings and I love going to bed early. I function best in the EARLY parts of the day.

I would much rather be cold because there’s nothing worse than being too hot and feeling claustrophobic when you sleep.

I graduated from Michigan State in 2012 with a degree in kinesiology. I was teaching turbo kick + knew I wanted to become a certified personal trainer after I graduated. After college I received my personal training certified from NASM. I soon after began taking clients and teaching group fitness and I was a wellness specialist for two corporate companies here in Michigan.

I became a virtual health coach, essentially working for myself, in March of 2013.

Long story short, it became my full time job and I still love what I do.

I get to empower women to build their confidence and feel GOOD again. I get to help them reprioritize THEMSELVES no matter their situation — kids, spouse, career, etc. I love helping women with their nutrition, fitness, stress management, and sleep.

My goal is to make an impact helping others live a healthier life and to be that advocate for THEIR family.

I also mentor women to be able to build sustainable incomes from home by doing what they love — helping others + working on themselves.

My goal is to help other women turn their dreams into their reality.

Through this community I have gone through two postpartum journey’s losing 40 and 35 pounds with my boys. I cannot imagine doing this alone. We should never have to do this alone — the world of postpartum is so unknown, so confusing, and can be so tough, emotionally. I want to help close that gap.

I just celebrated my 7 year anniversary with coaching and I am beyond blessed to truly LOVE what I do. I get to be home with my babies, my fur baby, and my husband. It’s truly a dream come true.

I can’t wait to hear YOUR story + build our dreams together.
